About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Director of Finance - Market Operations and partner closely with Operations leadership to drive financial visibility, cost performance, and operational efficiency across Construction activities.
  • Analyze construction cost performance, monitoring timelines, evaluating scope cost variances versus actual results, and identifying opportunities for cost improvement.
  • Support labor forecasting for the Construction team, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights into business performance.
  • Automate reporting and improve analytical processes to deliver faster, more effective decision support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, operations finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience analyzing operational or construction-related costs preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with process automation and reporting improvement.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence business partners at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights.
  • Experience supporting Construction, Field Operations, or Market Operations teams.
  • Familiarity with KPI development and performance management reporting.
  • Experience with business intelligence or automation tools is a plus.
