About the role
- Manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and contract compliance for indirect spend.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk for non-contract spend.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with center-supported governance policies.
- Support supplier performance reviews and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for consolidation and process improvement.
- Assist in implementing procurement systems and tools for indirect purchasing efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect categories.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier negotiation.
- Proficiency in procurement systems (Coupa) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a center-supported procurement model and collaborate across multiple business units.
- May require occasional travel to supplier sites or company locations (up to 10%).
