About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise on a wide range of complex matters, including wills and succession, inheritance tax, trusts, and probate.
- Manage a varied caseload, meeting with clients to understand their needs, progressing matters efficiently.
- Draft tailored documentation, and liaising with other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate case management and full compliance with SRA and Firm standards.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to the team's professional growth.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to establish the necessary advice and services.
- Instruct barristers or specialist advocates to appear in court for the client in complex disputes.
- Correspond with clients and opposing solicitors where necessary.
- Research and analyse documents and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4yr PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Consistently deliver high-quality legal services through appropriate monitoring and management of own personal training and development.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships within all aspects of the business.
- Ability to always exercise discretion and professionalism.
- Work diligently and in good faith within the general working practices required of a qualified solicitor.
- Ability to work as part of a team, whilst being able to work efficiently on own initiative.
