About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise on a wide range of complex matters, including wills and succession, inheritance tax, trusts, and probate.
Manage a varied caseload, meeting with clients to understand their needs, progressing matters efficiently.
Draft tailored documentation, and liaising with other stakeholders.
Ensure accurate case management and full compliance with SRA and Firm standards.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to the team's professional growth.
Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to establish the necessary advice and services.
Instruct barristers or specialist advocates to appear in court for the client in complex disputes.
Correspond with clients and opposing solicitors where necessary.
Research and analyse documents and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4yr PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Consistently deliver high-quality legal services through appropriate monitoring and management of own personal training and development.
Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships within all aspects of the business.
Ability to always exercise discretion and professionalism.
Work diligently and in good faith within the general working practices required of a qualified solicitor.
Ability to work as part of a team, whilst being able to work efficiently on own initiative.
