About the role

  • Own it: Work independently and cross-functionally within the team and on-site with our clients — from strategy development and concept design to successful implementation.
  • Discover & create: Conduct market and competitor analyses and targeted research, prepare content and presentations, and handle preparation and follow-up for meetings.
  • Be creative & innovate: Actively contribute your ideas and input to the ongoing development of PROGENIUM.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
  • You are interested in current trends and developments in business and society.
  • You have already gained initial experience working on consulting projects.
  • You have excellent skills in common Microsoft Office applications.
  • You have experience with tools and methods used in agile collaboration, such as JIRA, Confluence, or SCRUM.
  • You possess strong social and communication skills.
  • In addition to German, you are fluent in English (business/professional proficiency).
