About the role

  • Independent, interdisciplinary work within the team and with our clients on site — from strategy development and planning to successful implementation.
  • You conduct market and competitor analyses and targeted research, prepare content and presentations, and handle the preparation and follow-up of meetings.
  • You actively contribute your ideas and input to the ongoing development of PROGENIUM.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.
  • You have acquired solid knowledge of sustainability in a corporate context through your studies or initial practical experience.
  • You are interested in current trends and developments in business and society.
  • You have already gained initial experience working on projects in a consulting environment.
  • You are proficient with common Microsoft Office applications.
  • You have experience with tools and methods used in agile collaboration, for example JIRA, Confluence, or Scrum.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In addition to German, you are fluent in English (business level).
