About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You'll own SEO for luxury hotel clients across the UK, Nordics, South Africa, and Europe.
  • Own client SEO strategies end-to-end — from audits and on-site optimisation to link building and regular performance reviews for luxury hotel clients across multiple markets.
  • Run audits that lead to action — technical, content, local, and link audits that turn into prioritised roadmaps, not 80-slide decks.
  • Manage content in collaboration with copywriters and plan and deliver link-building campaigns.
  • Be the SEO voice for your clients — present results, explain what matters, keep initiatives moving. No account manager in between.
  • Track performance using GSC, Ahrefs, GA4 — translate data into decisions clients actually understand.
  • Coordinate with Web Dev, Paid Campaigns, and Support on site migrations and cross-functional projects.
  • Push SEO forward with AI — explore automation, test new tools, help shape how the Digital Team works.
  • Contribute your own ideas to improve team processes — not just execute what's handed to you.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years in SEO — hands-on strategy, audits, and client communication, ideally from an agency or media house.
  • Full toolstack — GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Senuto, Surfer SEO — comfortable, not just familiar.
  • Link building that works — you know the techniques and have run campaigns, not just heard of them.
  • Technical SEO fundamentals — solid grasp of how HTML/CSS affects crawling and indexing (no coding needed).
  • C2 Polish + English B2+ — you'll work with teams and communicate with international hotel clients.
  • Self-managed — you set your own priorities, hit deadlines, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
  • Nice to have Experience with international markets — UK, Nordics, CEE, South Africa.
  • Spanish or Czech / Slovak language skills.
  • AI tools used in SEO workflows.
  • Advanced analytics experience.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • 100% remote — fully flexible, work from anywhere in Poland.
  • Travel voucher — annual "Work with Us, Travel with Us" perk.
  • English classes + dedicated team development fund.
  • Medical & life insurance — co-financed, plus sports facilities access.
  • 24 / 26 days off + 2 extra CSR days — plenty of time to recharge and give back to the community.
  • Company retreats & events , wedding & baby packs, employee referral program.
  • Flat hierarchy — open communication, no bureaucracy.
