SEO Specialist
ProfitroomSEO Specialist responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies for luxury hotel clients across various regions. Driving measurable results with a focus on optimization and communication.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You'll own SEO for luxury hotel clients across the UK, Nordics, South Africa, and Europe.
- Own client SEO strategies end-to-end — from audits and on-site optimisation to link building and regular performance reviews for luxury hotel clients across multiple markets.
- Run audits that lead to action — technical, content, local, and link audits that turn into prioritised roadmaps, not 80-slide decks.
- Manage content in collaboration with copywriters and plan and deliver link-building campaigns.
- Be the SEO voice for your clients — present results, explain what matters, keep initiatives moving. No account manager in between.
- Track performance using GSC, Ahrefs, GA4 — translate data into decisions clients actually understand.
- Coordinate with Web Dev, Paid Campaigns, and Support on site migrations and cross-functional projects.
- Push SEO forward with AI — explore automation, test new tools, help shape how the Digital Team works.
- Contribute your own ideas to improve team processes — not just execute what's handed to you.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years in SEO — hands-on strategy, audits, and client communication, ideally from an agency or media house.
- Full toolstack — GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Senuto, Surfer SEO — comfortable, not just familiar.
- Link building that works — you know the techniques and have run campaigns, not just heard of them.
- Technical SEO fundamentals — solid grasp of how HTML/CSS affects crawling and indexing (no coding needed).
- C2 Polish + English B2+ — you'll work with teams and communicate with international hotel clients.
- Self-managed — you set your own priorities, hit deadlines, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Nice to have Experience with international markets — UK, Nordics, CEE, South Africa.
- Spanish or Czech / Slovak language skills.
- AI tools used in SEO workflows.
- Advanced analytics experience.
