About the role
- Planning, implementing, and managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Balancing time between deep work on ad accounts and active consulting with clients.
- Utilizing AI tools to streamline campaign management and generate ad copy.
- Transforming complex data into actionable insights for clients.
- Creating tailor-made budget optimization strategies for clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or media house.
- Comfort with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Enjoyment in direct communication with clients.
- Ability to digest complex data and make it understandable for clients.
- Solid grasp of Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
- Proactive use of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or other).
- Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English (at least B2).
