About the role

  • Planning, implementing, and managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Balancing time between deep work on ad accounts and active consulting with clients.
  • Utilizing AI tools to streamline campaign management and generate ad copy.
  • Transforming complex data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Creating tailor-made budget optimization strategies for clients.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or media house.
  • Comfort with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Enjoyment in direct communication with clients.
  • Ability to digest complex data and make it understandable for clients.
  • Solid grasp of Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
  • Proactive use of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or other).
  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English (at least B2).
