About the role
- Solve problems and improve user experience, focusing primarily on guest journeys and stay booking flows (B2C), while also strongly supporting product initiatives related to hoteliers and their tools (B2B)
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (from low- to high-fidelity) that bring clarity to user needs and business goals
- Collaborate closely in designer-researcher duos, to iterate on ideas, based on user feedback and data insights
- Work hand-in-hand with PMs to translate product strategy and analytics into actionable UX improvements and product development
- Prepare and facilitate co-creation workshops to explore ideas and solutions
- Present your work during our UX biweekly, gathering feedback from the broader product and engineering team (we care about aligning the entire team on new product directions)
- Stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends and industry reports to support your design decisions with evidence
- Regularly participate in weekly UX team meetings and quarterly planning sessions (on-site at our Poznań office).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
- Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry is a big advantage
- Mastery of Figma and a sharp eye for sleek, modern UI
- Deep understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
- You follow the best UX/UI standards, especially in e-commerce and booking/shopping flows
- Advanced prototyping skills and the ability to independently create complex prototypes and wireflows to convey your ideas
- A strong focus on delivering value to both users and the business, with ownership of solutions that align with business metrics and strategic goals
- Proficiency in using workshops to define design scope, explore ideas, and align stakeholders around user needs
- Demonstrated skill in clearly communicating design rationale to cross-functional teams (Engineering, PM, UX)
- Proactive mindset - you identify improvements or innovation opportunities and contribute to product growth without waiting for instructions
- Curiosity and openness to use AI tools in your daily practice
- Fluent English (C1 level) in speaking and writing.
