About the role

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline and meet agreed revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Poland.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with marketing to increase brand awareness and promote the Profitroom product portfolio.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Manage sales documentation, including contracts, reports, and invoices, in accordance with internal and legal requirements.
  • Support junior team members in developing their sales competencies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B or B2E sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS/Tech sector.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and hospitality technology.
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in Polish.
  • Valid driving licence (category B).
  • Ability to work in a team and support others’ development.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
