About the role
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline and meet agreed revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Poland.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with marketing to increase brand awareness and promote the Profitroom product portfolio.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Manage sales documentation, including contracts, reports, and invoices, in accordance with internal and legal requirements.
- Support junior team members in developing their sales competencies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B or B2E sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS/Tech sector.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and hospitality technology.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Polish.
- Valid driving licence (category B).
- Ability to work in a team and support others’ development.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
