About the role
- Lead the Delivery Model: define and run the operating model for how Profitero+ delivers services, ensuring processes are scalable and efficient
- Drive Client Outcomes: help clients turn Profitero+ insights (digital shelf metrics, paid search data, retail media performance) into growth strategies
- Manage & Develop Teams: lead Account Leadership and Delivery Directors, providing tools, autonomy, and support
- Collaborate Across Teams: work closely with Product and Customer Success to share client feedback and shape offerings
- Be a Trusted Partner: join client conversations, roadshows, and industry forums to represent Profitero+ and provide thought leadership
- Elevate Capabilities: build educational programs for internal teams and external partners to maximize use of Profitero+ technology
- Oversee delivery at scale across direct client relationships and agency/advisory partnerships and ensure outcomes that move the needle
Requirements
- 15+ years in account leadership, delivery, or advisory roles in digital commerce, retail media, or agency environments
- Deep experience with digital shelf analytics, content health, search optimization, and retail media strategy
- History of leading global client relationships and helping enterprise brands translate insights into growth
- Proven ability to design scalable delivery models and grow high-performing teams
- Strong presence in client conversations, with experience presenting at executive and industry levels
