About the role
- Deliver the ProfitCoach Experience through quality assurance reviews
- Manage client relationships and account management for timely, accurate accounting
- Assist with monthly financial review processes for 20+ clients
- Conduct bank reconciliations and updates, payroll recording, and client communication
- Coordinate accounting clean-up projects and maintain financial accuracy
Requirements
- Background in Accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience in Quickbooks Online (QBO)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to understand new concepts with written and hands-on support
- Good written communication
