Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support managers across digital, web and client success teams
Create accountability, clear expectations and high performance standards
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
Improve processes, workflows and communication across teams
Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
Work closely with directors on operational planning and business growth
Ensure projects and client delivery are well organised and effectively resourced

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years' experience in an operations or leadership role
Experience managing managers or team leaders
Strong people management and performance management skills
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience improving processes and operational performance
Ability to balance empathy with accountability
