Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in outbound calling/sales development/customer service or healthcare outreach
Strong writing skills

Comfort with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and spreadsheets
Ability to run a repeatable, well-documented workflow
Healthcare referrals/medical office experience preferred
Multi-location/provider org exposure preferred
Salesforce structures/logging preferred
Report-driven prioritization preferred
Coordination with field sales/internal clinic leadership, provider relations preferred
