About the role
- Build referral-source relationships with healthcare providers and their practices
- Identify and prioritize targets using reports
- Document provider contact details accurately
- Manage a high volume of outreach to providers
- Drive measurable referral growth
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in outbound calling/sales development/customer service or healthcare outreach
- Strong writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfort with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and spreadsheets
- Ability to run a repeatable, well-documented workflow
- Healthcare referrals/medical office experience preferred
- Multi-location/provider org exposure preferred
- Salesforce structures/logging preferred
- Report-driven prioritization preferred
- Coordination with field sales/internal clinic leadership, provider relations preferred
