About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, plan and optimize paid traffic campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage media investments with a focus on metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC and generation of qualified leads
  • Develop targeting strategies, A/B tests and experiments for continuous performance improvement
  • Work in partnership with the sales team to analyze lead quality and identify optimization opportunities
  • Map and validate new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
  • Monitor metrics, analyze data and generate strategic insights for decision-making
  • Keep up with market trends, competitors and new media/acquisition possibilities
  • Create and update documentation, playbooks and timelines for the Performance area
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and support strategic marketing initiatives
  • Explore the use of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies applied to performance and acquisition

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Paid Traffic, Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of RD Station
  • Strong understanding of Inbound Marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, among others
  • Knowledge of Product Analytics
  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) techniques and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing automation
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Analytical ability to interpret complex metrics and generate actionable insights
  • Data-driven mindset, focused on testing, continuous optimization and problem solving
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with different teams and stakeholders
