About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and oversee the onboarding process, including the mentorship/buddy program, initial integration, and 45- and 90-day check-in interviews;
  • Plan, administer, and analyze Experience Assessments, satisfaction surveys, and engagement/climate surveys, proposing improvements and sharing insights with leadership and HR Business Partners;
  • Develop and deliver internal training (soft skills, experience assessment, mentorship/buddy program, and team-building topics);
  • Plan, structure, and facilitate team-building activities, creating exercises, content, and action plans based on results;
  • Plan and organize internal marketing initiatives, including corporate events, company celebrations, and campaigns related to causes supported by the company;
  • Facilitate discussion circles and initiatives to strengthen company culture;
  • Create content and manage the internal communication system, analyzing usability, engagement, and employee data;
  • Coordinate requirements with stakeholders (e.g., design and media) to execute DHO initiatives;
  • Monitor experience and engagement metrics, translating data into actionable improvement initiatives;
  • Serve as administrative liaison with vendors (payments) and supervise activities of the department intern;
  • Map and track DHO KPIs such as turnover, ramp-up time, internal eNPS, training metrics, etc.;
  • Analyze integrated data on climate, experience, and engagement to identify organizational patterns.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Investigative and analytical profile, with the ability to analyze information and identify opportunities;
  • Strong communication skills, ease in presenting, and the ability to explain concepts didactically;
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education/Pedagogy, Sociology, or related fields;
  • 1–2 years of generalist experience in organizational development routines;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Sheets.
