About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Convey complex requirements to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop solution, requirement, and discovery documents for review
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Demonstrate work deliverables to stakeholders
- Execute project work using Agile methodology
- Design and develop workflow and functional diagrams
- Manage task and work tickets, including descriptions and acceptance criteria
- Develop understanding of business best practices for associations and nonprofits
- Collaborate with project managers and development teams on timely, on-budget work products
- Support identification of training needs for team members and clients
- Document standard operating procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm or other large enterprise
- 2+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Experience gathering requirements, writing solution documents, and writing SOPs
- Agile project experience
- At least one Agile methodology certification
- Salesforce certification is highly desired, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of joining
- Experience working in the non-profit or association industry is preferred
- Salesforce implementation or administration experience is preferred
- Experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations is preferred
- Experience providing quality assurance and/or acceptance testing is strongly preferred
