Key responsibilities & impact

Lead medium and large-scale IT projects, leveraging the Salesforce platform to deliver innovative solutions to clients
Collaborate with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define scope and estimate project budget
Plan complex projects from initiation to launch, utilize agile methodologies, and lead scrum rituals
Manage and motivate cross-functional teams
Control, monitor, and report on project scope, budget, and schedule
Communicate project status proactively with internal and external stakeholders
Take full ownership of project decisions
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of project management experience
Strong technical background and understanding of agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes
Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication (written, verbal, presentation), interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
