About the role
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Requirements
- Must have a life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Comfortable with a full commission compensation structure
