💰 $60 - $70 per hour
About the role
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients to help manage mental health concerns
- Conduct psychological assessment, treatment, training, and clinical supervision
- Build and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients
- Educate clients and their families on treatment plans
- Refer clients to additional services when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and complete concise documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members on treatment plans
- Provide supervision to psychological associates
- Administer all required psychological testing and associated services
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Unrestricted License to practice in California (Required)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
