• Identify new channels and opportunities to reach prospective students
• Design, test, and scale innovative marketing campaigns (digital, partnerships, content, etc.)
• Continuously experiment with new ideas and optimize based on performance
• Analyze funnel performance, campaign metrics, and user behaviour
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversion rates
• Explore new ways to reach and engage target segments (students planning to study abroad)
• Work on creative outreach strategies tailored to different geographies and personas
• Own end-to-end execution of campaigns - from concept to launch to optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and partnerships teams
• Monitor KPIs such as leads, applications, CAC, and conversion rates
• Maintain a strong focus on ROI and scalable growth
