Key responsibilities & impact

Testing and improving Spanish-language voice AI agents
Providing customer support for live deployments during US business hours (Pacific Time)
Review call recordings, transcripts, and AI interactions
Identify language, pronunciation, conversational, and workflow issues
Provide structured feedback to improve AI agent performance
Support dedicated customers through email, tickets, and operational requests
Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Track customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities
Help maintain a high-quality experience for live customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (Mexican Spanish)
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Comfortable reviewing conversations and identifying issues
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving & communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in QA, customer support, contact centers, or operations (Nice to Have)
Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, chatbots, or customer service technologies (Nice to Have)
Experience working with US-based customers (Nice to Have)
