About the role
- This is a remote position.
- Join the team while their analyst is on maternity leave.
- Initiate, Plan, Control, Execute, and Close project deliverables following company-prescribed process.
- Participate in implementation/enhancement projects for Salesforce using Agile methodologies.
- Partner with process owners and business users on requirements and practices.
- Play a key role in the entire project lifecycle from requirements to go-live.
- Gather and document user stories using interviews, requirements workshops, and business process flows.
- Provide knowledge and guidance towards solution design on the Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce project experience required
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred
- 5 years of experience with Project Tracking software such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project
- Experience with DevSecOps principles
- Experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services
