About the role

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Account Executives.
  • Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Partner with the executive team to align sales strategies with corporate objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Establish best practices for sales processes, methodologies, and team performance.
  • Represent sales perspectives in cross-functional leadership discussions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
  • Track record of scaling SaaS sales organizations and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of selling into government contractors and regulated markets.
  • Expertise with Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience managing multi-level sales teams (Sales Managers and Account Executives).
  • Proven success in building sales strategies and executing at scale.
  • Ability to work remotely, must be based in Reston, VA area.
