About the role
- Manage your own multi-million-pound business and account with a retailer from day one
- Serve as the key contact for the business with some of the UK's biggest retailers and build/maintain relationships
- Build and design ideas; strategize using analytics and shopper insights
- Use relationships and market understanding to sell and execute ideas
- Partner with other functions including marketing, supply chain, and finance to develop business plans and drive category growth
- Present business cases and participate in board-level presentations during Commercial Career Academy
- Collaborate with colleagues, receive mentoring and progress through the organization as a P&G commercial leader
Requirements
- University undergraduates who will have completed their degree by Summer 2026
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong passion for building a commercial career at P&G
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Valid driver’s license from Day 1 of your employment with us
- Continuous (not time limited) right to work in the UK from Day 1 of employment without requiring sponsorship
