About the role
- Work on real technical and business projects to lead, own, and execute during a 12-month placement
- Focus on cutting-edge automation, advanced analytics, and insights to improve product availability and shelf presence
- Act as project leader for new product launches or promotional displays in stores
- Serve as forecasting expert for iconic brands and supply chain partner for major UK retailers
- Collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team and receive continuous training and coaching
- Deliver impactful results and support potential transition to a full-time role after graduation
Requirements
- University students graduating in 2028 with a placement year as part of their degree (also welcome 2026, 2027 graduates or those already graduated)
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
- Strong foundational problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Availability for the full placement duration from 1st July 2026 until 30th June 2027
- Right to work in the UK for the full duration without requiring sponsorship (right to work permission valid between 1st July 2026 and 12th June 2027 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week)
