About the role
- Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters
- Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through making process or work system changes
- Own critical Daily Management Systems and processes
- Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants
- Manage a wide range of challenging business and technical assignments from Day 1
- Develop and deliver state-of-the-art technologies supported by multi-million-pound investments
- Collaborate with plant technicians to maintain efficiency, safety and product quality
- Participate in the Manufacturing Career Academy including case study work and presentations
Requirements
- University students who will complete their degree by Summer 2026 in any Engineering discipline or graduates who have already completed a degree
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
- Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles within your chosen field
- Problem-solving and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Continuous, or temporary right to work in the UK (P&G can provide sponsorship after current permission ends, subject to Home Office requirements)
- Ability to start between early 2026 and summer 2026
