About the role

  • 10-week summer HR internship working on live business HR projects
  • Dive straight in and take the lead on assigned HR projects
  • Work across areas including Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Equality & Inclusion
  • Help shape recruitment strategy, implement new benefit programmes, develop training programmes and build employee engagement
  • Receive continuous training and day-to-day mentoring from managers and experienced P&G staff
  • Deliver specific projects and responsibilities with real business impact from day one
  • Opportunity to secure a full-time role with P&G after graduation

Requirements

  • University students graduating in 2027 (also welcome recent graduates)
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills
  • Available for full duration: 1st July 2026 until 4th September 2026
  • Available for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week during the internship
  • Right to work in the UK for the full duration without requiring sponsorship (valid between 1st July 2026 and 4th September 2026)
  • Applicants will be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process
