About the role
- 10-week summer HR internship working on live business HR projects
- Dive straight in and take the lead on assigned HR projects
- Work across areas including Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Equality & Inclusion
- Help shape recruitment strategy, implement new benefit programmes, develop training programmes and build employee engagement
- Receive continuous training and day-to-day mentoring from managers and experienced P&G staff
- Deliver specific projects and responsibilities with real business impact from day one
- Opportunity to secure a full-time role with P&G after graduation
Requirements
- University students graduating in 2027 (also welcome recent graduates)
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
- Strong verbal and written English language skills
- Available for full duration: 1st July 2026 until 4th September 2026
- Available for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week during the internship
- Right to work in the UK for the full duration without requiring sponsorship (valid between 1st July 2026 and 4th September 2026)
