About the role

  • Develop the turnover and market shares of the P&G brands within your sector
  • Oversee a 10-million euros turnover spread over around 50 hypermarkets, supermarkets, and drives
  • Negotiate the presence of P&G products on shelves and the fast arrival of innovations
  • Work in pairs with 1 or 2 sales representatives to guarantee perfect execution of the action plan
  • Participate in monthly 2-days networking meetings
  • Attend annual Sales Force and Sales HQ Teams gatherings for sharing innovations and fun moments

Requirements

  • Graduated with a master’s degree in Business/Engineering School or University
  • Ability to lead projects and a strong determination to get things done to achieve goals
  • Very good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Agility and creativity are part of your skills-set
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and organized
  • Proficient in French and in English
  • Valid driver’s license
