About the role
- Develop the turnover and market shares of the P&G brands within your sector
- Oversee a 10-million euros turnover spread over around 50 hypermarkets, supermarkets, and drives
- Negotiate the presence of P&G products on shelves and the fast arrival of innovations
- Work in pairs with 1 or 2 sales representatives to guarantee perfect execution of the action plan
- Participate in monthly 2-days networking meetings
- Attend annual Sales Force and Sales HQ Teams gatherings for sharing innovations and fun moments
Requirements
- Graduated with a master’s degree in Business/Engineering School or University
- Ability to lead projects and a strong determination to get things done to achieve goals
- Very good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Agility and creativity are part of your skills-set
- Autonomous, rigorous, and organized
- Proficient in French and in English
- Valid driver’s license
