About the role
- Join a renowned company, working with a large team of Data Scientists to improve the lives of billions of consumers.
- Take ownership of an algorithm/model need and apply state-of-the-art artificial intelligence to formulate problems, analyze data, and present solutions.
- Mine terabytes of data and develop models and algorithms to derive actionable insights.
- Partner with business leaders to understand problems and collaborate with data engineers to automate and deploy models.
- Analyze and model big datasets, translating consumer behavior into actionable recommendations.
- Answer business questions and propose solutions using machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Discover and invent next-generation analytic capabilities for category analysts and business partners.
Requirements
- Active undergraduate student in Latin America with 6-24 months left to graduate.
- Academic background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Knowledge in algorithmic development, deployment, and monitoring practices.
- Proficient in Python and experience working with cloud environments.
- Capable of developing Machine Learning and/or optimization models.
- Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and end-goal oriented attitude.
- Comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences.
- Strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.
