About the role
- Implement new technologies in production
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
- Develop concepts for raw material handling
- Collaborate with colleagues to explore and implement solutions
- Reduce resource consumption in processes
- Improve packaging efficiency
- Enhance supply chain management by optimizing material flows and minimizing material losses
- Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and validate manufacturing processes and products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a minimum of 3 semesters completed
- Strong academic performance in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Plastics Technology, Industrial Engineering)
- Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities
- Good knowledge of German (minimum B1/B2)
- Solid English language skills
