About the role

  • Manage business with Jan/San and Foodservice distributors, hospitality, healthcare, restaurants, and other independent businesses
  • Develop business building ideas and sell these ideas to accounts
  • Manage implementation of sold ideas
  • Influence customer's marketing, finance, and logistics decisions
  • Become knowledgeable in advertising, promotions, finance, merchandising, product knowledge, and technical support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Residence in the local market territory
  • Travel Requirement: 95% of time in the field; 20% travel
  • Core business hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday, some weekends and evening shifts required for overnight installs
  • Preferred: Experience in a field-based sales position
  • Preferred: Previous experience in the food service sales area
  • Preferred: Experience in the JanSan industries, hospitality, healthcare, food service, and working with distributors
  • Preferred: Spanish proficiency (oral/written)
