About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the strategy, execution, and results for Procore’s executive briefings
  • Collaborate with account teams and organizational leaders to develop customized briefing agendas and experiences for customer and prospective-customer executives
  • Promote and evangelize the Executive Briefing Program through regular enablement and engagement with account teams
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with leadership, Product Marketing, and key stakeholders to expand briefing content and offerings
  • Host on-site, virtual, and hybrid executive briefings
  • Develop strategic relationships with key customer accounts and executive stakeholders
  • Capture, analyze, and share Voice of the Customer insights to influence leadership, product strategy, and customer engagement
  • Measure program success through participant feedback, performance metrics, and continuous process improvements
  • Report briefing outcomes and follow-up actions
  • Define and track quarterly OKRs and report program impact on pipeline and acceleration
  • Support up to 40% domestic and occasional international travel for executive briefings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, executive engagement, or related roles
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Executive Briefing Centers
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven executive presence and ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience partnering across sales, product, customer success, and executive leadership
  • Analytical, strategic, and action-oriented problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using data to optimize programs and marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Proficiency with briefing management tools such as Briefing Source
  • Ability to support up to 40% domestic and occasional international travel
