About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support specialization of Financial Management and Resource Management product lines for Specialty Contractors
Advise clients and drive long-term value realization
Partner with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to assess business processes and strategic goals
Deliver services that assess strategic goals and business processes and create solutions for client use cases
Deliver ongoing services supporting continuous process improvement and platform value realization
Interpret, consult on, and enhance client strategic goals, initiatives, and outcomes
Synthesize client business motivations, operations, and business analysis
Develop strategies for client operational needs
Advise on client best practices and develop or review standard operating procedures
Design rollout and training strategies and assist with rollout execution
Improve client business processes using Procore across their organization
Provide high-level service and education through clear communication
Onboard, train, and mentor team members
Collaborate across Procore to develop best practices and drive product evolution
Develop mastery of Procore products, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success practices
Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in the construction industry
Experience as a Project Director, Project Manager, or Construction Manager
Experience managing project financials, including budgets, general conditions, forecasting, and profit projections
Experience managing contracts, change orders, and invoices upstream and downstream
Experience managing resources, including time tracking, productivity tracking, equipment management, labor plans, and resource scheduling
Experience establishing SOPs or programs preferred
Training or software support experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Technology enthusiasm and interest in modernizing the construction industry
Ability to be based in a Central Daylight Time or Eastern Daylight Time zone
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international travel
