About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • be the legal lead for Procore’s activities on all strategic transactions
  • work with a variety of LRC Department and cross-functional stakeholders
  • serve as a key legal advisor to Executives on the company’s most strategic matters
  • establish appropriate, tech-forward operational frameworks
  • provide advice and counsel to business team leaders on legal matters
  • manage outside counsel budgets and performance
  • stay informed and advise on impacts of relevant regulations
  • lead and execute various special projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • extensive M&A, venture and general corporate experience
  • highly agile, results-oriented, solution-minded, tenacious, resilient self-starter
  • creative problem-solver with ability to manage shifting client demands
  • detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and resourceful
  • clear communicator able to explain complex concepts simply
  • exceptional business acumen, judgment, and discretion
  • functional knowledge of public company accounting and corporate finance
  • must be admitted, active, and in good standing with the state bar
  • outstanding interpersonal skills
