About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- be the legal lead for Procore’s activities on all strategic transactions
- work with a variety of LRC Department and cross-functional stakeholders
- serve as a key legal advisor to Executives on the company’s most strategic matters
- establish appropriate, tech-forward operational frameworks
- provide advice and counsel to business team leaders on legal matters
- manage outside counsel budgets and performance
- stay informed and advise on impacts of relevant regulations
- lead and execute various special projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of relevant experience
- extensive M&A, venture and general corporate experience
- highly agile, results-oriented, solution-minded, tenacious, resilient self-starter
- creative problem-solver with ability to manage shifting client demands
- detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and resourceful
- clear communicator able to explain complex concepts simply
- exceptional business acumen, judgment, and discretion
- functional knowledge of public company accounting and corporate finance
- must be admitted, active, and in good standing with the state bar
- outstanding interpersonal skills
