Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • at least 4 years of direct, hands-on HR M&A experience
  • demonstrated experience leading people-side integration on global transactions
  • proven ability to operate independently on a deal
  • experience in mid-market or high-growth technology companies
  • track record of building scalable HR M&A frameworks
  • strong partnership with Corporate Development or deal-side finance functions
  • experience leading or developing high-performing teams preferred
