Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive HR experience
at least 4 years of direct, hands-on HR M&A experience
demonstrated experience leading people-side integration on global transactions
proven ability to operate independently on a deal
experience in mid-market or high-growth technology companies
track record of building scalable HR M&A frameworks
strong partnership with Corporate Development or deal-side finance functions
experience leading or developing high-performing teams preferred
