Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Coordinators
Manage resource allocation and workload balancing across the coordination team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
2+ years of direct people management experience
3+ years in a project manager or professional services role
Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing talent in a remote or hybrid environment
Deep understanding of professional services delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and resource management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment
Experience in the construction industry or working with construction technology SaaS platforms is highly preferred
