About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Procore’s Enterprise Account Management team to drive sales
  • Implement and optimize processes for team performance and efficiency
  • Generate strategic sales pipeline and manage diverse sales cycles
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Coach team on C-suite engagement and high-stakes negotiation
  • Manage territory and account strategy with rigorous engagement plans
  • Ability to travel (25% – 50%) to Procore offices, customer sites, and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of software sales experience
  • 18+ months in a 2nd-line (Commercial+) or Enterprise leadership role
  • Proven history of identifying and closing six and seven-figure contracts
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales leadership methodologies and territory management
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS models and online sales strategies
  • Experience selling high-value licenses or subscriptions to large organizations
  • Construction industry experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
