Director, Enterprise Account Management – General Contractors

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Procore’s Enterprise Account Management team to drive sales
- Implement and optimize processes for team performance and efficiency
- Generate strategic sales pipeline and manage diverse sales cycles
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
- Coach team on C-suite engagement and high-stakes negotiation
- Manage territory and account strategy with rigorous engagement plans
- Ability to travel (25% – 50%) to Procore offices, customer sites, and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of software sales experience
- 18+ months in a 2nd-line (Commercial+) or Enterprise leadership role
- Proven history of identifying and closing six and seven-figure contracts
- Demonstrated expertise in sales leadership methodologies and territory management
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS models and online sales strategies
- Experience selling high-value licenses or subscriptions to large organizations
- Construction industry experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
