Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full project lifecycle for complex professional services engagements
Manage a high-volume portfolio of 20–40 concurrent projects
Facilitate design workshops and develop comprehensive project documentation
Partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams
Act as the "delivery expert" during the pre-sales phase
Rigorously manage project margins, billable utilization, and scope
Serve as the primary point of escalation and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience leading large-scale, billable services delivery within a SaaS or consulting environment
Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k+
Advanced skills in managing Gantt-based schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance
Experience with web/mobile documentation management or construction-tech platforms is highly preferred
Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
PMP and/or CAPM certification is strongly preferred
Ability to travel up to 20% for client on-sites
