About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with clients to deliver services projects
- Develop gantt project plans
- Manage and forecast resources
- Track and manage risk
- Build change management strategies
- Foster relationships with Executives
- Stakeholder management with technical leadership
- Help create efficiencies by developing and implementing repeatable processes and templates
- Remain current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Provide the highest level of service and support to customers
- Partner with Sales and Professional Services Consultants to help scope customer services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience managing service delivery or implementations
- Professional fluency in English and French
- Creating and managing Gantt project schedules
- Managing and forecast resources
- Budget and margin reporting
- Track and manage risk
- Build change management strategies
- Establish standard operating procedures
- Deep understanding of value drivers in construction and/or financial SaaS industry
- Successful management of projects and SOW delivery
- Demonstrated successful software client services with proven experience onboarding and training clients
