About the role
- Lead Procore’s Enterprise Account Management team to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives
- Implement and optimize processes for team performance and efficiency
- Lead the team to exceed quotas with creative GTM motions
- Manage pipeline with fast-closing deals and strategic, long-cycle opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product resources for complex deals
- Coach team on C-suite engagement and high-stakes negotiation
- Manage end-to-end execution with rigorous engagement plans
- Ability to travel (25% – 50%) to offices, client sites, and events
Requirements
- 10+ years of software sales experience
- 18+ months in a 2nd-line (Commercial+) or Enterprise leadership role
- Proven history of identifying and closing six- and seven-figure contracts
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS models and online sales strategies
- Experience selling high-value licenses or subscriptions to complex organizations preferred
- Construction industry experience is preferred
