About the role

  • Lead Procore’s Enterprise Account Management team to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives
  • Implement and optimize processes for team performance and efficiency
  • Lead the team to exceed quotas with creative GTM motions
  • Manage pipeline with fast-closing deals and strategic, long-cycle opportunities
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product resources for complex deals
  • Coach team on C-suite engagement and high-stakes negotiation
  • Manage end-to-end execution with rigorous engagement plans
  • Ability to travel (25% – 50%) to offices, client sites, and events

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software sales experience
  • 18+ months in a 2nd-line (Commercial+) or Enterprise leadership role
  • Proven history of identifying and closing six- and seven-figure contracts
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS models and online sales strategies
  • Experience selling high-value licenses or subscriptions to complex organizations preferred
  • Construction industry experience is preferred
