About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the success of Procore’s Commercial customers
  • Act as a product subject matter expert
  • Help organisations understand construction technology best practices, solutions, and business benefits
  • Provide consultative recommendations to maximise the value of Procore technology
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing
  • Make data-driven recommendations based on customer analytics and industry best practices
  • Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems and accelerating platform adoption
  • Provide product roadmap and release updates
  • Lead product demonstrations and coordinate technical stakeholders across internal and external teams
  • Serve as a technical account contact with clear, responsive, and effective customer communication
  • Provide peer mentoring and contribute to team best practices
  • Develop expertise in Procore products, professional services, and construction industry best practices
  • Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in the construction industry, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to build expertise in Procore’s products, business model, services, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to collaborate across departments with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in-person, virtually, and in writing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of construction industry verticals including general contracting, subcontracting, and real estate development
  • Previous experience as a construction Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred
  • Experience managing project construction, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents, schedule, quality control, and safety
