• Own the recruiting process for your assigned roles end to end
• Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and partner with them to design efficient, effective, and equitable interview processes
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers on interview and process best practices
• Complete application review in our applicant tracking system (Lever)
• Manage the implementation of our new ATS (Rippling)
• Manage internal candidates and referrals, ensuring a consistent and equitable experience across all candidate sources
• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and other interviewers
• Build diverse, representative slates of candidates
• Work with HR team to coordinate offers
