About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support HubSpot CRM implementations, migrations, RevOps strategy, and marketing/sales automation initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor on HubSpot, CRM strategy, and RevOps
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Deliver documentation, process mapping, and training materials (Loom, SOPs, etc.)
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and account growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM
- Revenue Operations (RevOps)
- Marketing Automation / Sales Operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting
- CRM implementations or migrations
- Data structure, data hygiene, and system design
- Experience managing multiple clients, stakeholders, or projects
