Responsible for launching the Aquabeam Robotic System in the defined territory and establishing Aquablation as the treatment of choice for men suffering from BPH.
Help maximize utilization of installed Aquabeam Systems and exceed sales targets.
Balance tactical implementation of field programs and strategic decision making.
Work with clinicians, administration, and internal teams to integrate the Aquabeam system at customer sites.
Develop Aquablation plans for surgical teams and drive system utilization.
Expand user base by developing qualified lead funnels and converting high potential leads.
Partner with Professional Education, Sales Management, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to support customers.
Maintain records in PROCEPT CRM and ensure compliance with reporting, safety, and regulatory policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from accredited reputable institution
A minimum of five years of experience in medical sales within the Urology space or Operating Room
Start-up company experience selling disruptive surgical technology
Experience introducing market development programs to physician practices
Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area
Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance, involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations
