About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting organisational effectiveness and business reinvention
- You’ll help assess how the business works today, identify opportunities to improve operating structures, processes, governance and ways of working, and support changes that make the organisation more effective, scalable and value-led.
- You’ll support the Organisational Effectiveness workstream within Catalyst, helping translate transformation objectives into practical actions, clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
- You’ll help establish baseline measures, performance frameworks and reporting artefacts that give leaders better visibility of organisational performance, risks, opportunities and progress.
- You’ll use data, stakeholder feedback, process insight and business analysis to identify improvement opportunities, support prioritisation and help build the case for change.
- You’ll help identify, shape and deliver practical improvements that remove friction, reduce duplication, improve efficiency and create measurable value for colleagues, clients and the wider business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business Analysis, Organisational Effectiveness and Transformation
- Ability to analyse current ways of working and identify opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness, efficiency and value delivery
- Experience supporting transformation activity, operating model change or business improvement initiatives
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical actions, deliverables and measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, feedback and operational insight
- Confidence supporting the development of baseline measures, KPIs, KRIs, OKRs or other performance frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Confident facilitating workshops, capturing requirements, mapping processes and building consensus around improvements
- Highly organised, with excellent time management, prioritisation and follow-through
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, process mapping approaches, reporting artefacts and collaboration tools
- Essential Experience in a business analysis, business consulting, transformation, organisational effectiveness, process improvement, PMO, project delivery or operational improvement role.
