Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Australian based role
  • Must have full work rights to work within Australia
  • Must reside in Victoria, New South Wales, or Queensland
  • Must be available for a rotational roster between Monday–Friday 7am–10pm and Saturday 9am–4pm AEST
  • Must work full-time, 38 hours per week across 5 shifts per week
  • Must complete a National Police Clearance
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • PC literacy and experience using multiple computer platforms and software
  • Ability to manage inbound calls in a busy contact centre environment
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on process changes
  • Ability to meet output and quality KPIs and competencies
  • Windows 11 PC or laptop with i5 processor, 8GB RAM or equivalent
  • Minimum 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed
  • Anti-virus installed and Windows Defender enabled
  • Two standalone monitors, excluding laptop screen
  • Reliable hardwired NBN internet connection; no hotspotting or tethering; Starlink not approved
  • Headset with microphone
  • Android 14 or iOS 16 or above smartphone
  • MacBooks are not compatible with the system
