About the role

  • Customer support: Handling and responding to support inquiries (email, ticketing system), solution-oriented and independently.
  • Fulfillment & Logistics: Supporting and coordinating our shipping and logistics processes — from test kits to returns.
  • Process improvement: Analyzing existing workflows, identifying weaknesses and implementing pragmatic improvements.
  • Measurability & KPIs: Defining, tracking and evaluating operational metrics (e.g., turnaround times, ticket backlog, error rates).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Close cooperation with the Operations Lead, Customer Success, Tech, logistics partners and laboratories.
  • Special projects: Contributing to operational projects such as process automation, tool implementation or scaling new workflows.
  • Ownership in daily operations: Identifying, resolving and closing issues without passing them on.

Requirements

  • One to several years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics or process management, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Structured, reliable working style and a drive to complete tasks thoroughly.
  • Basic analytical understanding and an interest in not only running processes but improving them.
  • High sense of ownership, hands-on mentality and good prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills: clear, friendly and solution-oriented.
  • Confident use of tools (ticketing systems, spreadsheets, basic reporting); technical aptitude is a plus.
