About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and maintain the monitoring platform (Zabbix), ensuring availability, performance and continuous improvement;
- Instrument and configure monitoring for infrastructure, applications, networks and databases;
- Build and maintain operational and executive dashboards (Zabbix and Grafana);
- Define and evolve intelligent alerting rules to reduce noise and improve operational efficiency;
- Correlate metrics, logs and events to provide an integrated view of environments;
- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs and reliability indicators;
- Automate processes and monitoring provisioning using scripts and API integrations;
- Support incident response and initial troubleshooting, ensuring SLA adherence;
- Collaborate with Cloud, SRE, Infrastructure, Database and Security teams to improve observability maturity;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
- Proven experience in observability and monitoring of critical environments;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to correlate data and resolve complex problems;
- Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders;
