About the role

  • As the person responsible for modernizing our standard software, you lead maintenance, updates, and technical renewal.
  • Through structured analysis and agile concepts, you achieve efficient and targeted implementation in Scrum sprints.
  • In collaboration with the team, you further develop frontend, backend, and database structures and ensure code quality through unit tests and reviews.
  • Through active mentoring, you strengthen knowledge transfer and team performance.
  • By preparing information clearly and systematically, you create comprehensible technical documentation on implementations and the impact of developments.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in web backend development
  • Object-oriented programming (Java), interface technologies, data processing, Git, relational databases, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frontend technologies such as React or TypeScript, SCSS
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, enjoyment of learning and professional exchange
  • Very good German and English skills for communication in an international environment.
