About the role
- You give our digital communications a clear voice.
- With strong storytelling, creative intuition and a strategic perspective, you develop content that is read, shared and discussed in the B2B environment.
- You tell stories across channels — from concise copy to visual impulses and audio formats — and measure their impact using clear KPIs.
- As the content pace-setter, you develop cross-media campaigns, manage our social media agencies and own content management with a clear focus on our digital channels.
- You write concise copy and craft topics so they perform strongly on our online channels (blog, social media — especially LinkedIn, podcasts and the like).
- With a feel for trends, visual language and dramaturgy, you develop formats and content that shape our feed across channels and activate our target audiences.
- Using KPI-based monitoring, you analyse the resonance of our content and continuously optimise posts, articles and formats.
- By publishing expert pieces on external platforms, you strengthen our thought leadership and sharpen our corporate and employer brand in the B2B space.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in B2B content marketing with a focus on social media and digital formats
- Technical skills: Confident use of LinkedIn and other social platforms as well as Confluence, HubSpot, Canva and Riverside; experience with AI tools; proficiency in KPI-driven campaign management and agency coordination
- Personal qualities: Strategic thinker with creativity, strong execution skills, a sense for trends and a clear results orientation
- Languages: Very good German and good English for communication in an international environment
